How do I book accommodation?
To book accommodation, you can visit our website or contact us directly at 02 6624 1881 to make a reservation.
What is check-in / check-out time?
Check-in is available anytime from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I leave something behind?
If you leave something behind, please get in touch with our reception as soon as possible. We maintain a lost property box onsite where items can be collected. Alternatively, if you wish for your belongings to be returned, simply provide a paid postage slip, and we’ll arrange to send the items back to you.
Is my ID required upon check-in?
As we offer contactless check-in, ID is not required upon arrival.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have two accessible rooms onsite. These can be booked directly through our website or by contacting reception if needed.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We offer two interconnecting rooms, which have an internal door that can be opened to connect the rooms. Availability of these rooms is limited, so please make a specific request when booking.

Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have a swimming pool onsite, open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The pool area is equipped with changing facilities, toilets, and a shower. Please be aware that children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
Do you have a conference centre?
Yes, we have a dedicated conference and event centre onsite, available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
What facilities are onsite?
We offer guests access to a 24-hour communal laundry located at the top of the accommodation rooms. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, pegs, and complimentary washing powder for your convenience.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes, we provide complimentary onsite parking, conveniently located close to all accommodation villas.
Do you have a bar or mini bar?
We have a bar onsite, which operates during the conference centre hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests can also order drinks, which can be delivered directly to their rooms within these hours.
Do you offer breakfast?
We provide all guests with a complimentary in-room continental breakfast box. For those who prefer a hot breakfast, we offer the option to order one for an additional fee.
Do you offer not-for-profit rates?
Yes, we offer special rates for not-for-profit organisations that hold a valid charitable ABN. Please contact us directly for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

To schedule a venue tour, simply reach out to our reception team, and they will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to visit and explore our facilities.

Although we do not have a dedicated event coordinator, our helpful and experienced reception team is more than happy to assist you in planning your event and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
